This resource is designed to be one entry point to our campus-wide discussion of race and racial inequity concerning people of color in our community. The idea for the project reflects an increased awareness of the political and social inequities that Black and Asian communities have been experiencing during this specific historical moment. If you feel inexperienced or uncomfortable talking about race, or if you are committed to having open and empathetic discussions with people from other backgrounds, this guide is for you.
